Terms & conditions

Last updated: 11 May 2026 · New Zealand

1. Agreement

By accessing or using online services, booking tools, or related platforms operated by Simrik Hair & Beauty Salon (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide salon hair and beauty services and related appointment booking and communications. Descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website or app are subject to change. We will use reasonable efforts to honour confirmed appointments.

3. Bookings and cancellations

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and arrival times. Cancellation, reschedule, deposit, and “no-show” policies may apply as communicated at booking or in salon. We may refuse or terminate bookings where necessary for safety, capacity, or non-payment.

4. Accounts (staff and authorised users)

Where we issue login credentials for internal or partner use, you must keep them confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or disable accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.

5. Payments

Prices are in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay amounts due for services and retail products as agreed at the time of service or purchase. Additional charges (e.g. card fees) may apply where disclosed.

6. Conduct

You must not misuse our systems, harass staff or clients, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Content on our platforms (including branding, text, and images) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit it without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our services are provided “as is”. We exclude liability where the law allows, including for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded (for example under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply to consumers).

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact us using the details on our official website or at the salon. Replace this paragraph with your preferred contact details when you publish.
